Hi Shamira There is a problem with your unit 9 work. It has failed the moderation because your unit 9 AO5 is not finished... I asked you many times to check your work and it's still got bits missing.

Please answer immediately all the questions for AO5 - you will fail the whole course if this is not done. Sadly that's how it works. I need to resend your work as soon as possible. Please let me know when it is done and email it to me, so that I can forward it to the moderator.
